Order Processing and Software Installation
Please allow between 4 to 7 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipment. We take pride in personalizing your Android TV Box and our technical team acquires, custom installs, and diligently tests each and every product shipped within Canada.
We have 3 available shipping selections - Sellers Preferred, International-to-you, Domestic;
- Sellers's preferred; Canada Post Expedited Shipping, DHL, FEDEX, or UPS.
- Expedited Shipping parcels will always be shipped from within Canada.
- International-to-you parcels consist of any product that is not shipped Expedited. All of these packages are shipped with e-packet, DHL, or FEDEX and are clearly identifiable under our shipping options.
- E-Packet always indicates a parcel coming from an international supplier.
Expedited Shipped Android TV Boxes
When shipping within Canada all packages are sent Expedited Business Mail through Canada Post. All Canadian based packages should be delivered within 3-10 business days after order processing is complete. Delivery times will vary depending on how far the package must travel from Nova Scotia.

Factory Shipped Android TV Boxes International-to-you
In an effort to offer our customers the best possible deals, we are continually utilizing different suppliers. Although there are many TV boxes which are already bundled with accessories such as cables and remote controls, if you decide to personally bundle your products from international providers, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee all your individual items will arrive on the same date. All International-to-you purchases are shipped to Canada from international suppliers.
1. E-Packet shipments will ordinarily be processed in less than 5 days, however please allow between 7-25 business days for your package to be delivered.
2. Although E-Packet does offer package tracking, please be advised that tracking information is only updated when your package is picked up, processed or cleared by customs, when it is leaving or arriving in departing or receiving country, or when the package is either out for delivery or had been delivered. The TV Box Professionals do not have any control over how frequently a shipment's tracking is updated.
Customs and Duty
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item's price or shipping charges. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
